Customer Care Representative (Job Number: R111167)

Job Description: This position is responsible for day-to-day operations, as well as performing a multitude of duties and serving as a support system to the production team. Builds and maintain positive relationships with CMC production team and strive for quality in every aspect of work.

Dental Technical Trainer – Travel Required (Job Number: R111391)

Job Description: This position is responsible to assist customers with the setup, installation and training of their dental scanners, milling systems, ovens, and software packages either in person, via phone, email, or web applications.

Location: Stoneham, MA

Experience:

  • Must have a firm understanding of Internet connectivity and networking
  • Must be proficient in dental terminology and the core functionality of software and hardware systems
  • Must have knowledge of how CAD / CAM systems work and interact

Technical Support Associate (Job Number: R110703)

Job Description: Responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, email, and TeamViewer with their scanner, software and milling machine issues, as they arise.
