A: Whether you send in a physical model or simply send the STL file, you must send in a prescription form for us to follow. While you’re on the Web site, download a copy of the prescription form.

A: When you send us a scanned file, you can expect your case to be in the processing center for 24 hours.

Q: I’m not sending a scanned file, but instead, I’m sending a model for a single unit. How long should I expect my case to be at Custom Milling Center?

A: For single units where you send us a model, your case will be in the processing center for three days, and you will receive it in the morning on the fourth day.
